The Words of Marx and Stalin

On January 6, 2021, I watched in horror as thousands of people stormed the U.S. Capitol.

According to ABC News, over 700 rioters were charged for their role in the melee.

Those charged were overwhelmingly male, and the largest numbers of rioters came from Florida, Pennsylvania, and Texas. This is according to George Washington University’s Project on Extremism.

Those charged included teachers, firefighters, a corporate CEO, and numerous elected officials.

The pressing question, for many, remains unanswered: Was the U.S. Presidential election stolen?

The answer depends upon whom you ask or which news outlets you believe. CNN says the election was legitimate; Fox News reported that the voting machines were rigged. In retaliation, Dominion Voting Systems, the manufacturer of the suspect voting machines, filed a $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit against Fox News.

Which begs another question that is still debated: Were the mid-term elections stolen as well?

Here’s what CNBC reported on November 8, 2022:

PHOENIX — Maricopa County has emerged as a flashpoint in the midterm elections after a state judge declined a last-minute effort to extend voting hours following widespread issues that led officials to use secure ballot boxes.

Technicians were dispatched to polling sites across Arizona’s largest county on Election Day to fix dozens of malfunctioning vote tabulation machines, a widespread issue that frustrated voters and led some GOP politicians and pundits to spread misleading or false information.

Election officials stressed that the machines were not inaccurately reading ballots, but rather, not accepting them at all.

Millions of people believe, in their hearts, that the 2020 Presidential election was stolen.

I am one of them.

I also believe the 2022 mid-term elections in Arizona were stolen.

For the record: I am not a conspiracy theorist wearing a tin foil hat. And both Donald Trump and Kari Lake, the candidate who ran for Governor of Arizona, both Republicans, are personal friends of mine. Kari Lake is a neighbor and “The Donald” and I have written two books together.

Stalin’s Warning

As I watched the election results as they were coming in, in both the 2020

and the 2022 elections, I recalled Joseph Stalin’s “Political power does not rest with those who cast votes; political power rests with those who count votes.” Stalin also said: “It doesn’t matter who they vote for. They always vote for us.”

There are those who believe that Stalin bragged: “The American Communist Party legally exists in the U.S.A., it nominates its candidates in the elections, including Presidential elections.”

It sure makes you stop and think, doesn’t it?

Close Encounters

In the interest of full disclosure, Donald Trump’s sons, Don Jr. and Eric, are also personal friends. We spent time together during several summers, taking a helicopter to a remote island in the Hawaiian archipelago to camp, hunt, and fish.

You get to know people very well when there is no shelter, no toilets, no running water, and no food. We had to cook and eat what we caught.

They are both fine young men… and it’s hard not to compare them to other ‘first sons’ like Joe Biden’s son, Hunter. But I suppose that’s another conversation for another day.

Suffice it to say, as an old saying goes: “Like father like son.” Another one that comes to mind is that “the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.” Both allude to the similarities we often see between parents and children, both good and not-so-good.

I would say both adages are true for both Donald Trump and Joe Biden. And there may be things we don’t know. But one thing I do know, if even a portion of the mainstream media reporting is true: I’d be ashamed if Hunter Biden was my son. Enough said.

Actions Speak Louder Than Words

Rich dad often said:

“Don’t listen to the words people say. Watch what a person does, not

what they say. Actions do speak louder than words.”

What Has Joe Biden Done?

On the first day of Joe Biden’s presidency, he issued an executive order revoking the March 2019 Permit for the Keystone XL Pipeline.

He was making good on his promise to the climate activists who helped get him elected.

In revoking the Permit and effectively cancelling the pipeline, Biden also invited the lawsuit brought by 21 states alleging that they would be hurt economically by Biden’s decision.

Exploiting America’s oil supply and drastically depleting its oil reserves is another Biden felony, in my opinion, against America — and the world.

One cannot help but wonder what motivates actions that are so shortsighted and so fraught with risk and repercussions.

Capitalists: Teach people how to fish

Marxists: Teach people to steal fish… from people who fish

When President Joe Biden cancelled the Keystone XL Pipeline, he was intentionally stealing fish… from people who fish.

As I’ve written and spoken about often, I started my career carrying oil all over the Pacific on ships owned by Standard Oil. My first port of call as a brand new third mate was Valdez, Alaska — the site of the 1989 oil spill that occurred when the Exxon Valedz hit a reef in the Prince William Sound and 11 million U.S. gallons of crude oil created an oil slick that covered 1,300 miles of coastline and killed hundreds of thousands of seabirds, otters, seals, and whales. It was the worst oil spill in U.S. history until the Deepwater Horizon oil spill in 2010.

My fascination with oil has stayed with me over the course of my life.

Today, I do not invest in oil company stocks. I invest in real oil, oil that’s still in the ground. The strategy is passive income coupled with the many tax breaks and incentives offered by the government.

When Trump was President, oil was selling for $30 a barrel. The day President Biden shut down the Keystone XL Pipeline, the price of oil immediately shot up to $130 a barrel… and the rich got richer.

Sure, I was getting richer too, but unfortunately the poor and middle class were getting poorer. Gas prices were hitting record levels and I remember a woman, standing next to her gas-guzzling SUV, watching her hard-earned dollars flowing into her gas tank.

I felt for her. I suspected she was wondering how she was going to afford to put food on the table for her family after filling up her SUV.

Wiping Out the Middle Class

When I saw that Joe Biden’s first act as President was to revoke the permit for the Keystone XL Pipeline, I knew who Joe was. His actions overshadowed anything he might say… and those actions spoke volumes.

To be transparent: In my opinion Joe Biden is not a President. He is a puppet of the academic-elite, the liberal and green and woke Factions.

To be transparent: I still suspect he continues to be the “Vice-President” to Barack and Michelle Obama, who continue to pull his strings.

When Trump, a man with no experience in politics, knocked off career politician Hillary Clinton, the “professional” politicians needed to find a replacement — a candidate who would be a liberal woman contender.

I have no proof or facts. These are just my suspicions.

I think of Jordan Peterson’s words:

“And if you think tough men are dangerous, wait until you see what

weak men are capable of.”

My real fear is that a weak man, a man like Joe Biden, will lead us into war.

Which takes us to today… and those words from Jordan Peterson:

“When you have something to say, silence is a lie.”

That is why I am being transparent and writing about what’s on my mind. I fought in Vietnam and have lived through the horrors of war.

I speak out because I am afraid that a weak U.S. President will lead the world into war.

Jordan Peterson, a professor at Harvard and McGill University, gained international prominence for taking on the woke world of academics and government.

In 2016, Peterson released a series of YouTube videos criticizing the Act to amend the Canadian Human Rights Act and the Criminal Code (Bill C-16), passed by the Parliament of Canada to introduce “gender identity and expression” as prohibited grounds for discrimination. Peterson claimed that the bill would make the use of certain gender pronouns, “compelled speech,” and related this argument to a general critique of political correctness and identity politics. He received significant media coverage, attracting both support and criticism.

Today he continues to make waves, practicing what he preaches, encouraging all who will listen to speak out. Repeating his words:

“When you have something to say, silence is a lie.”

World War III

In 2023, as I write today, the war between Russia and Ukraine rages on. Russia and the Ukraine, as well as China, are three countries in which Hunter Biden allegedly played “bagman” for the “Big Guy,” his father.

In 2023, as I write, my concern is that his self-serving exploits in one those countries, or the fallout from them, will push the world into World War III.

War Stories

In 1969, while sailing for Standard Oil, the United States was fighting in Vietnam.

My conscience got to me. Why was I sailing and safe… when my peers were being drafted and dying?

In 1970, I resigned from my high-paying job with Standard Oil and joined the U.S. Marines. I was selected for pilot training at Pensacola Naval Air Station. After receiving my wings of gold, my Navy pilot wings, I was assigned to Camp Pendleton in California for advanced weapons flying in the Huey gunship, reportedly the weapon most feared by the Viet Cong.

In January 1972, I was flying off a carrier in the South China Sea, off the coast of Vietnam.

My crew and I went down three times. But due to a great pilot and a well trained crew, we all returned home alive and in one piece.

Welcome Home

In January 1973, I returned home to the United States at Norton Air Force Base in California. As I’ve said, that’s where we were pelleted with eggs, spit on, and called “baby killers’ by the students and protesters.

Welcome home.

Having fought in Vietnam and witnessed the horrors of war, I feel for the people and soldiers on both sides of the war in the Ukraine.

Stealing Fish from People Who Fish

On April 27, 2021, President Biden proposed hiring 87,000 new Internal Revenue Service (IRS) employees, effectively doubling the size of that agency. Have you asked yourself what that was all about?

Messages from Marx

Karl Marx had a few things to say about taxes and communism — and about the consequences of ‘teaching men to fish.’

“A heavy or progressive or graduated income tax is necessary for the

proper development of Communism.”

He also said:

“Sell a man a fish, he eats for a day, teach a man how to fish, you ruin a

wonderful business opportunity.”

Which brings me to the question I ask again and again: Is that why there is no real financial education in our schools?

As many of you know, I have my answer to that question. And it’s up to each of us to decide what our answer to that question is. And how you get to your answer will tell you a lot about yourself, your beliefs, your value system, and your courage to speak up for what you believe.

We’ve seen parents — parents who had the audacity to question teachers and school boards and the entire public-education machine — being vilified and labeled “domestic terrorists” because they chose not to remain silent as their children fell victim to ideologies and agendas. These parents could not remain silent. And their courage has been inspiring.

Marx had yet another warning:

“The meaning of peace is the absence of opposition to socialism.”

To be transparent: As I said earlier, I believe Joe Biden is still Vice President to Barack and Michelle Obama.

To be transparent, I believe the socialists of Silicon Valley were the people who censored, denigrated, and stole the reelection of the President of the United States, my friend Donald Trump.

To be transparent: I believe the socialists of Silicon Valley are revving up the cloud to get Michelle Obama elected as the next U.S. President, America’s first female and black President.

As Marx warned: “The meaning of peace is the absence of opposition to socialism.”

We cannot be silent… when what we have to say can influence the course of

history, the future of capitalism… and the fate of the world.
